Privacy Policy
How Vitogen Labs collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order history when you place an order, create a Client Portal account, contact support, or sign up for our newsletter. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment processor, which has its own privacy practices. We also automatically collect limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies described below.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and order-status communications;
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- Maintain your Client Portal account and order history;
- Send marketing communications you've opted into, which you can unsubscribe from at any time; and
- Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep items in your cart, remember your Client Portal session, and understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site (like the cart and portal) may not function correctly without them. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers who need it to operate our business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and email or analytics providers, each bound to use your data only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vitogen Labs, our customers, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to records we're required to retain by law.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, though as noted above, we do not sell personal information. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the EU/UK under GDPR, may have additional statutory rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
