This page is general boilerplate for a template e-commerce site and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of conformance. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. A live business should have its site independently audited against WCAG before making conformance claims, and should have this statement reviewed by legal counsel familiar with ADA and applicable state accessibility law.

Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a baseline for this site, covering things like keyboard navigation, color contrast, text alternatives for images, and clear form labeling.

What We've Done

  • Structured headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page;
  • Labeled form fields and interactive controls, including cart, checkout, and account forms;
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu, cart drawer, and account tabs;
  • Descriptive alt text on product imagery; and
  • A color palette chosen for sufficient contrast between text and background.

Known Limitations

This site uses scroll-triggered animation for visual effect on some pages. If motion is uncomfortable for you, most browsers and operating systems offer a "reduce motion" setting we recommend enabling. We're continuing to test and improve accessibility across the site and welcome reports of anything that doesn't work well with assistive technology.
