Affiliate Program Terms

Terms governing affiliate and partner discount codes used at checkout.

This page is general boilerplate for a template e-commerce site and does not constitute legal advice. Have it reviewed by legal counsel before running a real affiliate or referral program, particularly around FTC endorsement-disclosure rules if affiliates promote codes publicly.

1. Eligibility

Our affiliate program is open to individuals and organizations approved by Vitogen Labs. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

2. How Codes Work

Approved affiliates receive a unique code that customers can apply in the cart or at checkout for a percentage discount on their order, as shown at the time the code is issued. Discounts are applied automatically when a valid code is entered and cannot be combined with other affiliate codes on the same order.

3. Restrictions

Affiliate codes may not be used to purchase products for resale, shared publicly in a way that misrepresents the affiliate relationship, or used to circumvent these Terms or our Terms of Service and Research Use Only Policy. We reserve the right to invalidate any order placed with a code used in violation of this policy.

4. Disclosure Requirements

If you promote your affiliate code publicly (social media, a blog, video, etc.), you must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection between you and Vitogen Labs in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines and any applicable local advertising law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Codes belonging to a terminated affiliate may be deactivated without notice.
