We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Vitogen Labs does not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of that, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle to switch off here: there's nothing being sold or shared to opt out of. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and provide a working opt-out control.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we've collected about you and why;
  • Access a copy of that information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we're legally required to keep; and
  • Non-discrimination: we won't deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a request through the Contact page, or from your Client Portal account under Profile. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, such as by confirming details on your recent order history. We aim to respond within 45 days, as required by applicable law.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may still require you to verify your own identity directly, or provide the agent with signed permission to act for you, before fulfilling the request.
