1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing as, or on behalf of, a laboratory, research institution, university, or other entity qualified to handle research chemicals, and that you will not resell, distribute, or transfer products for use outside a controlled research setting. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe a purchase does not meet these terms.

2. Research Use Only: No Human or Veterinary Use

Every product sold by Vitogen Labs is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. Products are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and are not manufactured, tested, or labeled for human or animal consumption, injection, topical application, diagnostic use, or any clinical or therapeutic purpose. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body for any use outside a research setting. Handling should be limited to qualified personnel trained in laboratory safety, using appropriate protective equipment, in a facility equipped for chemical handling.

3. No Medical Claims

Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Descriptive content about a compound's referenced or published research (including any information linked from a Certificate of Analysis) is provided for scientific and educational context only and is not a claim about safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use any product purchased from this site for:

• Human or animal consumption, injection, or topical application of any kind;
• Compounding, formulating, or repackaging into a product intended for human or animal use;
• Any use restricted or prohibited under federal, state, or local law in your jurisdiction, including jurisdictions that specifically restrict the sale or possession of certain research peptides; or
• Resale to any party who does not independently agree to these same restrictions.

Certain compounds may be restricted, banned for retail sale, or otherwise regulated in specific states or countries. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that purchase, possession, and use of a given compound is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering.

5. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order after acceptance (including after payment is processed) if we suspect fraud, a pricing or listing error, or a violation of these terms, in which case any payment collected will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Restricted Areas

Vitogen Labs currently ships to addresses within the United States only. See our Shipping & Storage page for processing times, delivery estimates, and handling instructions. We do not ship to jurisdictions where sale or receipt of a given compound is restricted or prohibited by law, and we reserve the right to decline shipment to any address for that reason.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are chemical compounds shipped sealed and require specific storage conditions to preserve identity and purity, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products. If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Client Portal Accounts

The Client Portal lets you view order history and saved Certificates of Analysis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated on a product's Certificate of Analysis, products are provided "as is" without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that products are suitable for any specific research application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitogen Labs' total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages arising from misuse of a product outside its stated research-use purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vitogen Labs harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of a product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vitogen Labs is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
